Boot Camp: 1 Hour
For all skill levels, people can work at their own pace. Various stations – participants move from one to the next. Cardio sessions with toning sessions between. Level: Any

Step Circuit: 1 ¼ Hours
Class is half step aerobics and half floor aerobics, with toning interspersed. Participants are encouraged to take a beginning step class, or work with Joan 1 on 1 to learn the basic steps. Level: Advanced

Cardio Challenge: 1 Hour
Intervals of cardio, toning, and drills for all fitness levels. Class can be very high intensity if desired, participants can work at their own pace. Level: Any to Advance

Zumba: 1 hour
Latin dance moves and music make a fun and unique cardio workout. Any fitness level, skill  is acquired by taking the class. Incorporates the Salsa, Merengue, ChaCha… Level: Any

Fit Over 50: 1 Hour
Toning for the entire body, light cardio, stretching. Level: Beginner

Kick Boxing: 1 Hour
Cardio class made up of series of martial arts moves, toning and stretching. Level: Any

Yoga: 1 Hour
Class is adapted to fit participant’s needs. Consists of stretching, balance, toning and relaxation. Level: Any

Beginning Step: 1 Hour
Learn the basics of step aerobics in a class environment. Level: Beginner

Aqua Aerobics: 1 Hour
We use the pool at Country Inn and Suites. Cardio, toning and stretch in the pool. Level: Any
